Important Notice to Customer:

Due to the delicate nature, age, material, and/or value of certain garments — including wedding dresses, suede or leather jackets, fur garments, and designer or heirloom clothing — Gruber’s Cleaners & Tailors cannot guarantee complete stain removal or that the garment will not be altered, damaged, or discolored during the cleaning process.

We will exercise the highest level of care and use industry-standard techniques, but certain risks are unavoidable when handling such garments.

Customer Release Agreement (all four required):

I understand that cleaning may not fully restore the garment and could cause unforeseen damage.

I release Gruber’s Cleaners & Tailors and its staff from liability for any damage, discoloration, texture change, or shrinkage that may occur.

I understand that no results are guaranteed regarding stain removal or cleaning outcomes.

I agree to proceed with the cleaning service at my own risk.
